Digital Product Purchase Agreement

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

By purchasing and downloading any digital product from Victoria's Buisness ("RELENTLESS GOAT"), you ("The Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Product

All products sold are digital downloads only unless otherwise stated. No physical item will be shipped. Unless It Is Stated Underneath Certain Products.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full before any digital files are made available for download.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a file has been purchased or downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted except where required by law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

4. License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for the permitted purposes described in the product listing.

Unless otherwise stated, you may:

Use the design for your own personal projects.
Use the design for products you create and sell if the listing includes commercial use rights.

You may not:

Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital files.
Claim the artwork or design as your own.
Upload the files to any file-sharing website.
Sell the files in their original or modified digital format.
Transfer your license to another person or business.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, designs, and digital files remain the intellectual property of RELENTLESS GOAT unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. File Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their software, equipment, and machines are compatible with the file formats provided before purchasing.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, sizing, colors, and product descriptions before completing their purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Victoria's Buisness shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased digital products.
