Refund policy

At Relentless Goat, all products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we currently accept returns and exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order if there is an issue with the product.

To begin a return request, please provide the following:

your order number

photos of the item

a description of the issue

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Please also know,

items must be unworn and unwashed

we do not accept returns for buyers remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or normal wear and tear

limited edition or final sale items are non-refundable

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
