SHIPPING TIMES Estimated shipping times after processing: * United States: 3–7 business days * International: 7–21 business days Shipping times may vary during holidays, high order volume periods, or carrier delays. ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Relentless Goat is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Relentless Goat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly. DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
